Exchange 2003 Installing SP2

I ran the E3SP2ENG.EXE to start the self extraction to the SP2 folder.
The extraction worked fine, but now what? Do I need to run one of the
setup.exe files? I'm still showing Version 6.5 Build 6944.4. Also,
should I put SP1 on first? If so, same senario as above. Please help.

You need to run Update.exe and no for SP1, SP2 is cumulative.
