Hi

I have a general question.
What kind of development is possible with an exchange server?
Is it possible to access mailboxes via a webservice?
There is a web client to access an exchange server, right? Is it
possible to customize it? Or do I have to build one from scratch if I
want to have a different layout and additional features?

Thanks for your answer.
Our customer has a medium sized company (about 150 people) and wants to
have a web frontend (and a PDA frontend) for his mail service. And they
want to have project groups and share documents and dates and so on.
And - very important - it needs to have a custom layout!
They don't use an exchange server yet but my boss thinks they need it
(he is a little bit like the pointy haired boss from Dilbert).
The technology we will use will be .Net of course and C# wherever it is
possible.

So is it possible to customize OWA to have features like project groups
who share documents and dates?
