We have Exchange 2003 and need to print a daily calendar which shows the
events from several individual calendars. How can this be done?

The mailboxes are conference rooms and each is associated with a seperate
Exchange mailbox and users can use Outlook to invite the resource for a
meeting. We need to print a calendar which shows all meetings scheduled for
the day.

The best place to start would be
http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm this lists a few methods
and resources that may help.

You can code something yourself using one off the Exchange API's such as
ADO/Exoledb or WebDAV have a look at the Exchange SDK for more details. You
can download the SDK from http://msdn.microsoft.com/exchange
