I am running Windows 2000 Advanced Server and Exchange 2003. When I last
checked, all were updated.

Our clients are consistantly having connection problems, with
connections dropping and not reconnecting, delays, outlook claiming to
be not responding etc. We keep getting the same sync issue
notifications. Server is not as yet running antis as it is a fresh
install still and has never behaved. We had the same issue with a trial
version of Win2k3 and Exchange 2k2 combo. This happens regardless of
client workload and the server is barely showing on cpu load, maxing at
around 40% usually so I wouldn't think it is hardware is too small for
job.

Sync's seem to be taking a very long time compared to other servers we
have had as well, something that used to take about 20seconds is now
taking up to 1/2hr.

Any ideas on solving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
