We are running
1 Exchange 2003 (Fully patched)
2 Outlook 2003 SP2
3 We have set up a dedicated SMTP Virtual server on the Exchange server
connected to port 465.

The system works fine for some clients and not for others. The ones that
fail report error 0x800CCC7D. 'Your outgoing (SMTP) server does not support
SSL-secured connections' Which is obviously unture as some clients work
perfectly every time.

Authentication is set to Basic Authentication & Require TLS encryption

Any suggestions?
