We are currently using Exchange 2003 and everything appears to be functioning
correctly. The only problem that I seem to be experiencing is I have 1
person that sends me an HTML newsletter every week. Since we installed the
exchange server, I still receive his email, but the newsletter is now an
attachment when I receive it in Outlook on my computer. I am able to receive
other HTML emails without a problem. I have spoke to that company and they
advised that they do not send it out as an attachment. I verified that by
having them send it to another email that is not on the exchange server.
Please advise ASAP!

Thank you.

It is not a client issue as I had the sender send it to another email on the
exchange server and it did the same thing.

Sounds like a client issue, does the same condition occur if you open the
email from OWA?

Hi ... I am having a similar issue. I receive an email from only one sender
in Plain Text format instead of HTML. If I try to open in using OWA I get the
same result. Another user is having the same issue. They are both running
Outlook 2002. Looks like somehow these emails are converted into PLain Text.
