OWA 2003: When replying or forwarwding, some messages don't |

MS Exchange Server 2003 Standard (SP1)
OS: Windows Server 2003 Standard (SP1)
Specific Issue: OWA
When replying or forwarding to certain messages using OWA, the message won't
include previous text/message history. It creates a blank message. I
believe even the recipients emails aren't in the message.
I'm unable to determine what (if anything) the offending messages have in
common. It's only been reported by one user, and it's happend at different
computers both inside and outside of our organization.
I've read online others having the issue but have yet to see a resolution.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
