I need urgnet help/tips from Exchange specialist out there.

There are 2 W2K3 Forest/Domain with Exchange 2003 Server in each. There is
no existing TRUST-RELATIONSHIP between both Forest/Domain and none is to be
implemented due to security reason. However, we want to have the possibility
for users in both Forest/Domain to be able to view each others "Free/Busy"
schedule while sending meeting request.

Is there a way to SYNCHRONIZE(Import/Export) the directories between both
Exchageserver offline and what are the procedure.

I will appreciate if anyone could point me to tools and document in this
respect. The tools could either be within Exch2003 itself, MS or from third
party.

Cheers,
topokin

The "Interorg" Sync and replication tools are there but you might want
to look at MIIS as well.
