We have a bit of a strangee problem with our Exchange server (Exchange 2003
on Windows 2000 AD)

We have seen a few messages in our ESM which indicate delivery failures to
users on our system. the senders of the messages do have the names / email
addresses correct (these are our overseas offices) and the problem was not
just with one sender / domain - we have failures from a sender in Bulgaria,
one in Australia and Belgium.

This seems to be intermittent but would appreciate any suggestions. We
receive our email through a Watchguard FireBox X700 series and our mail
before it reaches our Exchange server is handled by MessageLabs for AV / AS
and Image Control.

Many Thanks

Hi Ben,

I think we have tracjed the problem down to certain users mailboxes
exceeding their size limits - one of the users affected called us when he was
trying to send a message internally and got a message stating his mailbox
exceeded the sizr - must have been deleting the warnings before hand.
