IMF Installation Hangs

When installing the Intelligent Message Filter there is a command prompt that
is displayed and will not go away.

What am I supposed to do next the instructions make no metion of a DOS
prompt...?

You may try to stop your Antivirus services (if you are running them). Some
AV products have script blocking running in the back-ground.

When you install IMF it runs various scripts to do the installation, usually
it pops up for a brief second.
