Multiple email received. SMTP error. |

One of the user in the office is says that his clients are getting
multiple copies of the same email that he sent. I looked at the
exchange server under SMTP protocol, status is trying for that SMTP
name. It was showing SMTP error under status. I can telnet to their
smtp server fine on port 25, its giving 220 code. Ran the SMTP test
from the website and that passed too. It only happens on this
particular user. No complains from others and this user was able to
send email before to the same smtp address.
Please help!!
