Dang I must be slow today, but for the life of me I can't figure out what
PEWA is? And no, I have not cheated a googled!

Ok Google got the best of me - The Password Expiry Warning Application
(PEWA) is a command-line application that can be used to let Exchange users
know that their password will expire in seven days.

I have not tested it with 2003 SP2. Sorry.
