Email not being delivered |

Running SBS with Exchange some mail is not being delivered - maybe 10%.
The error messages we are getting back are:
Unable to deliver the message because the originator prohibited redirection
to an alternate recipient or the message was encrypted.<ourmailserver.com
#5.7.3 smtp;505 5.7.3 Client was not authenticated>
and
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.
Please contact your system administrator. <mail.ourmaildomain.com #3.3.0
smtp;550 <user@theiraddress.com>...Relaying denied>
Other mail works fine and we can email to these addresses from a different
email server. Any help is appreciated.
