Migrating from MailDir Unix system to Exchange 2003 |

Scenario:
Currently using qmail+qmailpop3d and a web access front end for email.
Client plans on migrating to an exchange 2003 server. I've read and seen
several articles on using the exchange migration tool and IMAP or an outlook
client and retrieving the email. 1. Client is not currently using IMAP on
email server 2. Client has quite a few users that only use webmail. And
the rest use Outlook.
Could anyone point me in the direction on converting migrating sytle
mailboxes to an exchange 2003 server, or a utility that will allow me to
transfer the emails between the too. Or possibly give me some hints on what
to search for on google for I've exhausted mine and keep coming back upon
using IMAP and so forth. the final kicker, client pays someone else to
admin the qmail box.
