Mail is not routing to pop account |

Hi all, Myself Devendra Kumar facing a problem with Exchange server.In
my office exchange user are not able to send mail to pop account user
in the same domain.For example
user "dev" having the exchange server account like
"dev@techlogique.com" is not able to send mail to the user whose
account is created directly in the server like "raj@techlogique.com".so
please is there any setting I have to do in my exchange server so that
mail will be routed.
