We are hosting our own email using Exchange 2003 and have SBS 2003. Is there
a way to create POP from Exchange so I can send and receive my emails from
home with Outlook. I know I can use Outllok Web access but I would like to
use outlook from my computer at home.

Yes Exchange does support POP.

You may consider using either RPC/HTTP or a VPN solution instead.
