Can't use OWS with ssl?

After I renew CA can't open https webmail. I check exchange virtual directory
for CA correct. I open https OWA it not appear security alert.

So it did work before the CA renewal? I mentioned this in another post. IE
caches many certificates and it may be a matter that when you are accessing
the https: site it is trying to use a cahced certificate. Try clearing the
IE cache and then see if it lets you in. It may ask that the site wants to
send a certificate, do you want to accept? and select yes. Hope it works
for. If not, give a little more detail on what the current setup is and the
specific error you get.
