Outlook and moving an email problem |

I think there is a KB about this but it is not displaying correctly for me.
I have a person who has mail stored on an Exchange 2003 server and Outlook
also has a PST file. This person wants to move a particular email to the PST
file and then gets this error. "Can't move the items.The item could not be
moved.It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied." I sent
another email to him and that was able to be moved. His PST is not at 2 gigs
and deleted items where removed to free some more space. Any ideas?
