I have a query based distribution group that im having issues with. One user
is not getting messages sent to the list that she should be part of. When I
preview the list in AD from all Global Catalogs, she shows in the list, but
does not get any messages sent to it.

Message tracks show the message being addressed and sucessfully delivered to
all other recipients. This one particular user is nowhere to be found in the
tracking information.

Will,

If you send a message to this user is she able to receive?
lets create another QBDL and make only her and yourself a member.
send test e-mail
is she getting it?

did you try to add her into a regular Dis-group and send e-mail to her,
is she getting the e-mails.

as you have mentioned earlier, she is not getting e-mails from this QBDL,
since we know, QBDL
dynamically build membership in the distribution group instead of specifying
static user membership, so this user with her smtp adress might have left out
for some
reason??? Maybe your filter option are not defined correctly, therefore The
categorizer, a transport component that is responsible for address resolution
can not resolve the SMTP address your that particular user, this explains why
you dont have anything in the SMTP logs, regarding to this user, because
e-mail has never been sent to it.

If I were you I would create this QBDL one more time, and add all the
members again, or try one of the senarions I have suggested to you

create a new QBDL, add her and your self
is this person getting it now? if yes move rest of the people to this QBDL

let us know how it goes
here is the trouble shooting link for you

so when you look at the members of the list in the GAL, the user appears in
the list? this user does not by chance have more than one account? the
criteria for membership in the QBDL are met?
