I am doing a Notes to Exchange migration. One of the things Notes did that
Exchange does not address is the geo-clustering so the client purchased this
XOSoft tool. It seems pretty easy, but I have heard about issues with local
Outlook profiles getting hosed after one of these DNS redirections. It
isn't an acceptable solution to run ipconfig /flushdns on the clients if
there is a failover.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there a good way to test this
so I can set this client up to succeed?

Yep, you've hit one of the snags with the XOSoft design. I have not
heard of a way around this to ensure it does not occur. Personally I
found Neverfail's www.neverfailgroup.com design to be more reliable.
Have your client look into neverfail, they offered us a 30 day
guarantee on the purchase. If a vendor is willing to stand behind
their product and be willing to give up the money if it doesn't work or
I just don't like it, that's not half bad nowadays.
