Outlook clients cannot access back-end server |

Hi!
I have a problem after the installation of Windows server 2003 SP1 on
exchange servers. We have Exchange Server 2003, with a front-end back-end
server topology, where the back-end server is clustered with two nodes.
Users from a different site cannot access their mailboxes via Outlook 2003.
They access the mailboxes via Outlook Web Access.
Users, who are in the same site where the servers are, access their
mailboxes via Outlook and OWA.
What is the problem with the outlook connection from a different site?
