Hello,
I have just installed and configured MS Exchange 2000 server in our server and configured all clients running win2000. Our server is Windows2000 server. In clients we are using MS Outlook.
Now the problem is 2 of our clients are using WinXP and we successfully configured MS outlook there. But the problem is after a while it becomes inaccessible like you cant send mail/receive mail. It keeps giving this error:

Network problems are preventing connection to Microsoft Exchange Server Computer. Contact your system administrator if this problem persists.

All other clients in win2000 are working just fine.
I have no idea actually what is going wrong. Is it a problem in winxp or exchange 2000 or MS outlook.

Please help me on this.

WinXP SP2?

Does the XP workstation have the correct DNS info? You might want to try specifying the server's IP in the setup of Outlook in case it's not resolving names properly. You might also want to make sure that the built in Windows Firewall isn't causing any problems, though I don't think that would be likely.
