I have searched everywhere and cannot seem to find an answer to this one. I cannot connect using my microsoft office outlook. It asks me for the exchange server and I have no idea what that is or where to find it. I use optonline, msn, netscape, and yahoo for various emails, but the office outlook program will not connect at all.

It sounds like you need to configure Outlook to connect to your ISP service using POP. IF you contact your ISP, they should be able to provide you with the support you need.
