Hello everyone,

Is there a timing or pausing setting in exchange when doing email blasts?
We are having problems sending mass emails with our distribution lists, but it occurs intermittently. People have been telling us that the recipients are not receiving the emails....any suggestions? Thanks

You can schedule message delivery through the Outlook client. On the draft of the email blast, click the Options, and you'll find the settings to deliver the message at a particular time.

Thanks for that reply but is there a setting in Exchange where you can send emails and then have a pause and then send another batch and so on???
