Update OAB in Outlook |

Hi. We used to have every client using the Default Offline Address Book. However now that we've created a separate one for a different group of users, and assigned this to the information stores, we are finding that people's GAL that they download is not updating. I rebuilt the OAB, previewed it to make sure it was accurate, and had the clients re-download the OAB. However, it still shows the old OAB. The only solution we found was to have them log into a new computer and create an outlook profile from scratch. Even creating a new profile in Outlook didn't help.
Anyone have any ideas? We on Ex2k3 SP2 on Win2k3 SP1 using Outlook 2003 SP2 on Windows XP SP2
