Hello,
I run a Windows 2003 Small Business Exchange Server and while I can successfully rename a user and their mailbox details in Server Management Console this has no effect on the name displayed next to their mailbox in Outlook 2003. Furthermore, I am unable to correct this problem as described on Microsoft's website by going to Tools --> Email Accounts --> View or Change Existing Email Accounts --> Change --> Check Name, because the "Check Name" button in greyed out and unavailable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
