I am running an Exchange server and have a slightly better than basic experience.

I am having the following problem:

When we send email to someone half the time it goes thru correctly as name@xyz.com the other half it shows up as name@www.xyz.com

I have checked my DNS server and my exchange setup but I cannot figure out why this happening. Any help would be appreciated on how to resolve this.
