Hi,

My problem is all Outlook client cannot connect to Exchange server. I was checking the services and the MSSQL$SBSMONITORING is stuck on starting status, it is set to start automatically. I rebooted the server serveral time but it still getting stuck. I'm stomped over this please anyone help!
