Exchange Active Sync Calendar Error |

I have set-up the MS Exchange activesync on my bosses Treo 700P phone and the email
sync works fine but when it tries to sync the calendar I get the following
error message:
"There was a problem syncing events. (Sys 05E5) Server returned error for
last command. Status5"
I have heard that this may mean data is corrupt on the calendar can anyone suggest how to resolve this problem?
