Thanks for your times,
I would like to have an help for checking the exchange server why there are only one user (andrew) can't got the email from XXX@ABC.com, but another user can got the email from same sender.
I just verify that it is not in the block sender list in andrew's outlook client.
and I have already added @ABC.com to safely sender list in andrew's outlook client.
it will be appriecated if anyone can provide the solution. Thanks
