Dear All
we have got a Team mailbox setup on Exchange server which is accessed by member of team who doesnt have personal email address.
Recently a new staff joined the company and I have been trying to setup him up on this mailbox. I have given him mailbox access rights. So he does recieves email but he cant send emails from that mailbox. When I tried to add him in permission to allow send mail on behalf I can find his name coming up in the directory list. How can I add him in the send permission?
PLease, if someone can help that will be great.
