Hi, at our work we use SBS with Symantec Mail Security. However we are a small company and don't have that much experience. The thing is that the Anti Spam ain't doing anything.

For example Premium Anti Spam is enabled, but it says:

Spam 0

Suspected Spam 0

Suspected Spam and SCL 0

Not Spam 0

Also the Heuristic anti spam settings are disabled so I can't enable this. Although I don't think this is needed if I can get my Premium Anti Spam working right?

I tried checking the help file for some help, I read something about opening port 443 on our Firewall, so I accept incoming information on port 443 (I don't actually know if this is really needed, if not please tell me so I can remove this rule). Although I think it's needed for auto updates right?

WtFudgE,

Try using a really good spam filtering company. The hosted Exchange company we use goes through Postini. They're owned by Google. Really good spam filtering and you can change the level of filter by user.

Hope this is helpful! Smile
