Why doesn't address, phone number, etc. show up in Outlook? |

I'm scratching my head over this one and I'm not sure this is the right category for this one, but here goes...
Within Active Directory there is space for an address, phone number, etc. and they have all duly been filled in by the administrator and yes, we have Exchange 2007 installed. However, when I go into Outlook GAL, regardless of version, the information does not show up.
Just what is this country-boy doing wrong? Template to be modified? Cmdlet to be run? Sorry for the noob question, but we were all noobs at one time and this is my time on this product.
