We have a exchange 2003 server that has been running the auto accept agent just fine for many months. Now all of a sudden the auto accept agent service just stops at odd times. There seems to be no pattern to the time it decides to stop.
Exchange is completley patched.

Any ideas or anyone know of any issues that might be causing this?
