Of course the user is not really Some Body and the domain.com and domain2.com are real domains
I removed the users mail box from Exchange then purged the database. I created a new mail box for that user and still have the problem!
As a temporary fix I created a new user, renamed they existing users email addresses (added 1 to the end) then added those email address to the new users account. I then removed the exchange account from outlook and added an exchange account to outlook from this new user.
I can’t find any information about one account being screwed up like this.
