I have Windows Server Standard FE Service Pack 2 on a Pentium Dual 2.4 Ghz machine with 4GB RAM and a 64-bit operating system. We are running Small Business Server 2008 and Exchange Server 2007 version 08.01.0340.000 with Management Console 3.0 Version 6.0 (build 6002: Service Pack 2).

We have 2 users on Outlook 2003 and Windows XP and 2 users on Outlook 2007 & Vista. At some point in time (I think after a update on the server), my 2 Outlook 2007/Vista users started to have problems.

EVERY time they open Outlook 2007, a pop up window appears trying to connect to remote.everythingquickbooks.com (everythingquickbooks.com is my domain name) and asks for my UserName and Password. I don't know why and I've tried every UserName and Password combination I can think of and it doesn't solve the problem.

Other symptoms include the fact that when I send/receive mail, I get an error that reads, "Task 'Microsoft Exchange' reported error (0x8004010F). The operation failed. An object cannot be found."

In addition, I see message in the lower right corner of Outlook 2007 that indicated I need to enter a password. When I simply click that message and choose Type UserName and Password, the message changes to "connected to Microsoft Exchange". This only lasts for a little while and then the "Need Password" message reappears.

I also can no longer synchronize with my Blackberry as I am told I am not connected. I am not a network person and have consulted with 3 different Network guys. None of them have been able to help me out. They keep looking in all kinds of crazy places but I keep reminding them that 2 of our computers aren't having this problem. It's only the Outlook 2007/Vista machines. Any ideas?
