I’m designing a Active Directory network where I have got Windows 2003 User
accounts with Exchange 2003 Mailboxes residing in a different forest
altogether.

So basically, 2 different forests, one with Windows 2003 user accts and the
other with its Exchange 2003 mailboxes.

Question is, how do I connect the user accounts with their respective
mailboxes across two different forests?

How familiar are you with http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/library?

That said, what drove you to a two-forest scenario such as that?
