After running forest and domain prep OK, I have an existing FE OWA 2000 that
needs to be upgraded to OWA 2003 before I start installation of new
Exch2003 mailbox servers.

Is there any issue that I should expect when upgrading to FE 2003 ? In order
to make this install as quick as possible, I am planning to upgrade the OS
on the FE box to Win2003.
Please advise the best approach to upgrade existing FE 2000 to FE 2003.

Backup your exchange database>upgrade your exchange 2000 FE to
EXCH03>Upgrade your OS to Windows 2003

The only one I can think of is to ensure you upgrade Exchange to 2003 before
you do the OS upgrade.
