problem is I have users check their emails from outside over the web so now
when I did check with my admin user name and password from outside I found
all the email accounts folder not the WOA windows to check inbox and
everything so please I need some help how can I fix it. Thanks in advance

So you're saying that other users can use OWA, but you can't? More info
needed. Don't know what you mean by "found all the email accounts
folder".....

Well, it ought to be http:// or https://my.domain.com/exchange (or public
IP) but perhaps that's a typo?

I don't think you're understanding what I am suggesting. Please *test* by
trying to access OWA internally as described.
