OWA - Mailbox Folder List Missing |
|
|
Using E2K and OWA ONLY, 99% of all users in this domain can see the
folders (sent items, drafts, deleted, etc.) within their Mailbox when
they connect to the secure website. A few individuals can not see any
of their default folders when they select Folders on the navigation
bar. I have defragged the mailbox store database, deleted their AD
account, deleted their mailbox, recreated and deleted their existence
in the domain, but the problem persists. This occurs no matter what
system they use to connect to OWA. None of these users connect to
their mailbox using anything but OWA.
Ideas? I'm stumped.
Thanks for any direction you can provide.

Hi Kimberly,
For this we need to check out few things: -
- Check the permissions for the users on thier mailboxes. Comparing the
permission with a working user account will be a good idea.
- Please the Check the memberships (DL) for the effected user accounts. See
if you can drill down to any permission issue.
- Put one of the effected user account in the Domain Admin group and see if
he is able to view the folders.
- Please check if the effected user accounts have "Log On Locally" and
"Access This computer from the network" rights on the OWA server.
- Please also check the NTFS permission on the Exchsrvr folder on Exchange
server (OWA).
