messages hanging in quene |

All
I have a domain that messages just hang in the quene, the more messages are
sent to that particular domain. I'm running Exchange 2000.
If only one or two, maybe five messages are sent, it moves fine. But when
about 10 or 15 messages gets sent, it hangs in the quene and waits a few
hours to send, if at all.
Any clue on what could be wrong?
Thank you, JB

Hi Jack,
There could be several reasons for that.
- Please check the size of messages that users are sending. They might be
sending messages with very large attachments.
- Please make sure is you have specified any message size limit on the
External Connector Like SMTP or IMC.
- Please also check if your network is virus free.
- See in the Exchange Server Event Logs, if it shows any corruption of the
connector. If yes then it is always possible to try recreating the connector.
