Two OWA users cannot use OWA Error 5000 |

2 of my 42 users suddenly cannot use OWA,,,there accounts generate a error
500-internal server error...this is a new sbs2003 install...these 2 folks had
the same problem a few days ago-which I 'fixed' by deleting their old
accounts and creating new ones (using the same username and password)...that
is a real pain due to moving all their data around...also, these 2 folks have
Blackberry devices...although we have 3 other Blackberry users with no OWA
problems...help???

hmmm...when I log onto these users PCs as them, then OWA works...but only
from the PCs they are logged into...
