I do not have the sample message he is trying to reply to yet, but
will look at headers to see if its missing some information that
would cause this.

Without your being able to compare the reply-to address/info there's not
much I can guess at. That said, what version of Outlook, and is this user
using an Internet Mail service in the profile as well as Exchange? |
