Hello--

We are running Exchange 5.5 on our server and Outlook 2003 on the
worstations because we will be migrating to Exchange 2003 at the end of the
month. The Active Directory is running on Windows Server 2000.

One client is getting an error that her mailbox is full and the above error
shows on the details, but her mailbox is not full. She can no longer send or
receive messages!

We archived, and deleted, and danced the jig and it keeps saying mailbox full.

Help!

I got it taken care of. It was a glitch in Outlook and a detect and
repair/reinstall did the trick.
