We are running Exchange 2000. Workstation is Windows 2000 I have a user who
logs in to Outlook Web Access and get's Authenticated OK. Here is where the
problem is. She can open some e-mails OK, but when she tries others she gets
an error message that the Page cannot be found. HTTP 404 - File not found
Internet Information Services. When I log on to a different machine I still
get the same error so I know it's not just her machine. I have never come
across this problem before. No one else in the office is having this same
problem. I have also wiped out her e-mail account and set up the account
fresh and are still having the same problem

URLScan is part of IISLockdown. It is a utility to help protect IIS from
certain types of vulnerabilities.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;309508&sd=RMVP might
be helpful in determining if it is installed. (search the owa server for
urlscan.ini)
