I have been receiving errors using web access. It seems to have started
when 1 client installed Outlook 2003 on their desktop. The error comes
AFTER OWA prompts you for the username/password. The error is:

Error Type:
Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A01A8)
Object required: 'Application(...)'
/LogonFrm.asp, line 60

Nothing changed on the server, and I cannot figure it out. I have checked
permissions, and followed many tips given. I am currently at a loss.

All suggestions welcomed.

Thanks in advance.

Assuming Exchange 5.5 has been patched up to sp4, then you want the fix
mentioned in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;818709&sd=RMVP.

The hotfix didn't do it. It also applies to all mailboxes, not just those
that put in Outlook 2003.

Any other ideas?

try stopping iis services. apply the patch mentioned and then do the
following.

regsvr32 cdo.dll
regsvr32 cdohtml.dll

outside of that, no one has messed with ntfs permissions have they?
