I'm getting a strange error. I have some users overseas that get this error
whenever they check their mail via OWA from Barcelona, Spain. They can logon
to webmail, however when they click on their inbox or any other folder for
that matter, they get (The Folder Can't Be Displayed. You Don't Have
Permission To Perform This Action.) However, when I test out their accounts
from my home to see if they can view their mail, it works perfectly. Does
anyone have a clue why this would happen? Is it some sort of encryption i
have to create on my end so that they can view the page? please advise.

They are using Internet Explorer 6 SP1. These laptops were tested here in
the states before they were shipped off.

Interesting! Are you using/forcing SSL? Do you see any event log errors on
your server? Have they tried to connect from multiple places, different
Internet connections?

No, they are not. I'm thinking more along the lines of setting up a
different time zone. Does anyone have a clue about this or has experienced
this situation?
