Hello. I have an exchange 5.5 (sp4) server and I would like for remote staff
to connect to it as if they were local. My problem is this: Staff can get
their email, but contacts (From the Global List) are not reflected to the
remote clients. Currently, the clients are being setup using IMAP on
Outlook2000. Is there a way to have the Global address list from the server
to the clients?

In order for this to be accomplished, you have use the exchange service.
Essentially making a connection to the directory. You could setup VPN access
for your remote users and configure the exchange services on the clients
using the VPN. That would be the best. You probably don't want to open all
the exchange ports on your firewall. Otherwise you use OWA and they could
use a webbrowser to connect to the exchange server. The VPN is better if
they need to use the outlook clients.
