Bridgehead Server Error

When trying to setup Internet Mail in Exchange 2003 I receive the following
error for sending mail "to send Internet email, the selected server cannot be
a bridgehead server." The error is c103b530. How can I correct this error?

Go into System Manager, find your server and right click and go to
Properties. Uncheck the box that says "this is a Front End Server". you
should be ok after that.

My server is a single Exchange server with no front end. I think that I
remedied the problem by deleting the existing bridgehead connection then
running the Internet Mail Wizard. Now, I am faced with configuring the ISA
server and we will see how it works once the ISA is configured.
