I have a two node w3k3 exc2k3 SP1 in cluster, and i have a problem: when i
shift the resources from a node to other, i have a one or two second lost of
client connection (for example in outlook 2003 client, i have a warning
message from the icon near the clock), this is right or not?!

Thanks.

That's the normal thing. If you have your Outlook clients in "Cached
Exchange Mode", they probably won't notice, in my experience.

Read my answer carefully: it is a normal thing. In essence, when you
failover from one node to another, you *are* taking down Exchange. All the
MAPI connections to Exchange will be lost for however many minutes the
failover takes.
